Missing Photos since updating to iOS10

Hello!

I have a little problem with my Photo App since updating to iOS10..

I have activated the option "Optimise iPhone Storage" in the iCloud Photo Settings.

Since I updated my phone, I miss all my photos on iCloud. The pictures I made the last weeks I still have on my iPhone, but all pictures who are older than 2 weeks are missing. On iCloud they are still available.

Anybody has the same problem like me?
